The 2013 Caltex STV Auto Rally Corporate Challenge will flag off at Wind Residences in Tagaytay. Signing the MOA for this event are Sandro Vicente P. Javier (center), AVP and project director of Wind Residences; Ray Butch Gamboa (left), chairman of Socio Com Foundation and Sunshine Television, and Georges Ramirez, rally director.  The Wind Residences, a property development project of SMDC, will be the flag-off venue of the first leg of the annual auto industry motor sports event that strictly promotes road safety. The Sampaguita ‘on time, all the time’ rally, which was very popular during the 60’s, has been successfully revived the past years and achieved record-setting starting grids of 68 vehicles to be flagged off this year. The event has the exclusive participation of the country’s automobile companies, major stakeholders in the promotion of road safety.
