Micro financial services provider offers respite to Filipinos

The PERA PADALOWEST RATES promo allows clients to send money anywhere in the Philippines for only P1 for every P100 money sent. Clients can also send money for free through the micro savings account linked to their eCebuana app to any Cebuana Lhuillier branches; or via branch to branch transactions.
