The event was covered live via Daniel Razon’s “Good Morning Kuya!”

Envisioned to become an iconic edifice, UNTV’s new home, targeted to be completed in January 2016, will be 200 meters high and will house 18 floors of state-of-the-art office and broadcast facilities.

Said Architect Recio: “All floors will have the most amazing view of Metro Manila. Also, the building will be covered with LED lights, which will make it seemingly come alive at night.”

Mayor Bautista liked that the building will be made iconic as “more than just a requirement of the city government, we want to promote this particular structure as a tourist destination…”

Razon acknowledged the support of Mayor Bistek and Henares (who entrusted UNTV to him some 10 years ago when he told him of his vision “to inform, instruct and inspire”).

Said he of Henares, “I’m so grateful na ibinigay niya ang pagtitiwala niya sa akin. Sabi niya, bahala ka na kung ano ang gusto mong gawin, naniniwala ako sa iyong pananaw…”

Atom said, “This structure is not only a monument to Daniel’s vision. More importantly, it is a home to people who continue to inspire that vision…”
