HOMOSEXUALITY DECRIMINALIZED IN NEW DELHI
Gay rights activists participate in a rally celebrating the groundbreaking ruling by the Delhi High Court Thursday decriminalizing homosexuality, in Mumbai, India, Thursday. The court ruled that treating consensual gay sex as a crime is a violation of fundamental rights protected by India’s Constitution, a decision that could bring more freedom for gays in this deeply conservative country. The ruling, first of its kind in India, applies only in New Delhi.

SOUTH KOREA WATCHES
