Do you think that the Filipino voter are now more mature than before?

As the May 10 elections draw more closer, the question remains, whether or not, the voting public has already thoughts on who will they vote for the various local and national government positions. But observers are "pessimistic" about this, because of the gullibility of taxpayers from empty campaign promises by politicians.
