15 Million worth of scholarship grant for 2004 High School graduates

High school graduates are eager to attend school this June. Majority of them have already finished their college enrolment and are just waiting for the opening of classes to meet their new classmates, teachers and friends. But there are some graduates unable to enroll due to life's circumstances. Sadly, a number of these deserving graduates are still worried about their enrolment status because they do not have enough money to pay their tuition fees.

ICCT Colleges addresses these needs by offering P15M worth of scholarship grants for SY 2004-2005 to qualified high schoo1 graduate applicants.  The scholarship grants are awards given by the ICCT Colleges' Board of Trustees and grantors, like private corporations and NGO organizations.

Such organizations are the AMY Foundation Inc., Eastern Rizal Filipino Chinese Chamber of Commerce, Inc. (ERFCCI) Scholarship Program, Department of National Defense (D.N.D.) Scholarship
Program,Don Jose Cosiongco Scholarship Fund, Work as You. Study (W.A.Y.S.), President's List Scholarship, TESDA-Asian Development Bank and State Scholarship Program, CHED-Senate Study Grant Program, Person with Disability, Private Education Student Financial Assistant Program, Grant in Aid Program, Scholarship and Youth Development Program, Francisco P. Felix Educational Foundation, Inc., Scholarship, Philippine Veterans Affairs Office Scholarship Program, AFP Scholarship Program, Aurelio Periquet Jr., Foundation Scholarship Program, Rotary Club of Makati Central-YDPMPC Scholarship, Rizal Colleges Scholarship Foundation, and the Gloria Student Assistant Fund for Education (SAFE 4R).

A number of these scholarship grants are full scholarship, which includes stipend for tuition fee, stipend for book allowance and personal allowance.

One of these grantors is AMY Foundation, Inc. headed by its Chairman. Alfredo Yao. The AMY Foundation, Inc. grants 25 scholarships for SY 2004-2005.  Another is the Eastern Rizal Filipino Chinese Chamber of Commerce, Inc, (FRCCCI) Scholarship Program, a Filipino-Chinese socio-civic and business organization that continuously provide financial and medical assistance to low-income earning families in the province of Rizal and its neighboring towns. ERFCCCI scholarship grants are awarded to applicants with recognized public service initiative and undertakings.

Similarly, the Department of National Defense (D.N.D.) Scholarship Program grants full scholarship to military civilians and their dependents, an opportunity to study any degree program at ICCT Colleges.
