Bianca, Drew and Chase, Backroom’s triple treat

   

She is described by one of the country’s top photographers as "effortlessly beautiful." She is also blessed with a gift of gab. While he is often characterized as having a face of an angel with the body of a sinner. Discovered in the Sunsilk commercials, he was also praised by one of the country’s top talk show personalities as "very articulate and one of the most exciting hosts we have now." The other has done numerous ads and has modeled for the country’s best designers. He too is articulate and witty. All three are promising talents who are slowly but surely gaining a name for themselves in hosting.

Meet the Backroom’s newest talents: Bianca Gonzalez, Chase Tinio and Drew Arellano.

Bianca is an established commercial model. She has done numerous endorsements for Pantene, Globe, Kotex including her latest, Nestle Yoghurt. She is currently the muse of RTW company Pink Soda. She is also the guest co-host of "Review Night" in Cinema One with Ryan Agoncillo, aired every Friday 8:30 p.m. with replays on Monday 12 m.n. She is also seen every weekday as a GJ (Game Jock) in "Game Channel Extreme," aired on ABC 5 at 4 p.m. "Game Channel Extreme" is a youth-interactive game show. She is also one of the E-Pals of "Wazzup Wazzup" Studio 23.

Chase has done numerous high-profile ads including the one for Globe where he calls his Kuya in Dubai before a basketball game. This year alone, he has done TV ads for Mountain Dew (he’s the guy who says, "Bad Cheetah!"), Greenwhich, and another for Globe telecom. He has shot another commercial to be aired soon. Chase is also one of the Unica Hija boys. He is seen also every weekdays in "Game Channel Extreme" on ABC 5. A student at the De La Salle University, Chase is also an athletic scholar for tennis in the mentioned school.

Meanwhile, Drew Arellano started out as an actor in the youth oriented drama show "Click." He was also cast in the studio 23 daily news parody show "Wazzup Wazzup" with Toni Gonzaga and Vhong Navarro as one of the main anchors. Drew is also the recent addition in the "Unang Hirit" barkada. He is seen every weekday morning in GMA-7 covering live events for the top-rating morning show. Drew is also part of "All Together Now," the top-rating sitcom on GMA-7 aired every Tuesday night where he trades punchlines with Johnny Delgado, Edgar Mortiz, Christopher de Leon and Pops Fernandez.

"I just love hosting," shares Bianca. "It gives me a chance to express what’s on my mind. I think hosting is my passion and I’ll do everything just to excel in it." Chase says, "Hosting is something I wouldn’t mind doing ‘til I get old. My dream is to have my own talk show." Chase, is also interested to dabble into acting. Meanwhile, Drew reveals that he loves to do acting and hosting. "In my case, you can’t take one out. I try to complement hosting and acting because in hosting, there are some elements of acting pa din that you can use to fully convey a message to your audience."

Bianca, Chase and Drew have been already booked as hosts in various corporate shows, product launches and other events. In fact, the three of them get many "repeater" bookings because they always do an excellent job in doing so.

‘MTV Pilipinas’’ VIPs for a night
