BACOLOD CITY (PNA) — For raping his so-called girlfriend at gunpoint, a security guard was sentenced to suffer 120 years in jail.
The Supreme Court affirmed recently the Regional Trial Court’s (RTC) decision convicting the guard, court records show.
Ronie Gabelinio of the Tirad Pass Security Agency will stay in jail for the rest of his life for abusing a 21-year-old waitress (name withheld) working at Jet’s Lechon Manok Eatery on Burgos St., Villamonte, this city on three separate occasions.
The high tribunal also ordered him to pay P125,000 in damages.
