Safety assured for Enduro bets

WITH THE second leg of the Enduro San Mig Light Adventure Race fast approaching, the organizers have already assured the safety of the participants.

To ensure the safety of participants organizers will conduct pre-race skill tests that will assess the abilities of each team.

All participants in the Elite and Fun Categories will be insured even before the race begins, which is set on August 20-21 in Metro Manila.

The race organizers have gone through the route and have taken the race themselves to further assure the participants of their safety. Medical teams are also on stand-by during the course of the race to provide assistance.

With new and exciting tasks that await the participants who will roam Metro Manila starting from Eastwood City, the racers must not only be physically ready but also mentally alert.

"We’re addressing all possible measures and are coordinating with all respective agencies in ensuring a safe race," said x10 Events project director Richard Acenas.

Meanwhile, the Manila leg, sponsored by San Mig Light will have a unique launching cum bar adventure at Eastwood City Fuente Circle on July 31 at 7:30 pm where selected media and showbiz personalities will be in action.

This two-day affair is organized by x10 Events and supported by Tribu, Bombproof, NEXTBASE DVD, Monster Radio RX 93.1, Power-Up Gyms, Digital Thrills, TOBY’s, EZ Maps, Cousin Ropes, and JETHRO Shooting Range.

The media people and celebrities who will participate in this non-sequential bar-to-bar race will form teams of three.

Members will sprint around bars in Eastwood City and Libis, completing tasks that showcase their ability to drink, to think and to react.

Free airfare to Boracay and other prizes are at stake for the bar adventure winners.
