All graduates of the National Defense College of the Philippines (NDCP) are urged to attend the Alumni Homecoming and Foundation Anniversary on August 12 and 13 at the NDCP Campus, Camp Aguinaldo, Quezon City.
Defense Secretary Eduardo Ermita will be the guest of honor during the foundation rites (August 12) and Sen Alfredo S. Lim, MNSA (RC 15) on the alumni homecoming (August 13).
The theme for this year’s celebration is "NDCP: Bridging Leaders into the Future.’’ A symposium will be one of the highlights during the homecoming with the theme "The National Security Management: The Asean Challenge.’’
Highlight of the activities include various sports activities like golf, basketball and volleyball, blood letting on August 11 and tree planting on August 12 as well as photo exhibit and film showing on International Humanitarian Law to coincide with the celebration.
This year’s silver jubilarians are members of Regular Class 13. Crystal Class 23 is this year’s host class.
NDCP president, Commodore Carlos L. Agustin, is expecting a well-attended activity for this year’s foundation day and alumni homecoming. (Roy C. Sinfuego)
