Mark Batingue, president and owner of Jughead’s Burger Joint, took the extra effort to hire one of the country’s top chef (a noted female personality, better, kept unknown,) to apply as a cook in a big burger company outside the country, to spy and master the ingredients and preparation.
As a result, Batingue and his associates, have rooted a progressive burger product, with the char-taste from the pan-grilling process, restoring tasty juices from the beef, and carrying the character-taste of a famous burger.

More or less, prepared in a credo-line, based from the knowledge, covertly extracted from a top US company, still, JBJ stands to boost their own version with more garden fill of lettuce, bigger tomatoes, thicker bread-spread, bigger-buns, and a ballistic spit-fire of sesame seeds, technically giving sandwich eating good texture.
Housed within a motorists-type diner-chic a la Americana, Batingue’s food-product-line includes no less than the hard-selling hotdog in buns, that delivers nothing less, but tails of chimeran-like spread of fine mustard with the sweet fury of catsup. And to add, character and body are drawn from its version preparation of being drizzed by fresh white onion bits, to be complemented by the sweet-sour kick of pickle-bits.
Included in JBJ’s offer, are onion rings in generous serving, as per, or off an order of burger. Perhaps, better served in this restaurant than anywhere else, is the set of onion rings; a little bit on the salty-side, though, but the batter moves it to be dainty, if, to be gorged with the salad-fill of the burger.
More so, with a cool-trio-bavage of Vanilla, Chocolate, and Strawberry shakes that hover from FIC’s ice cream base, and cool conservative blend of sweetness, a nightout of being beautiful creatures of the Tomas Morato underworld would be in completion.
And the great JBJ-secret will remain a mystery as to who spied on what company or what to simply produce good burgers, for QC’s progressive spot. Anyway, as they always say the best stories remain unwritten.
