HCCB is a full-service multi-specialty clinic and diagnosis center located at Plaza Miranda in Quiapo. The center houses doctors with different fields of specialization, including Obstetrics & Gynecology, Pediatrics, Ophthalmology, E.N.T., Surgery, Dental Medicine, and Family Medicine. It also has a secondary laboratory, which means it can offer almost all the services a hospital laboratory can provide. Other advanced facilities include a 300 MA X-ray, a new ultrasound, and ECG machine.

"It’s not all about business. We want our patients to know that we understand their needs and that we’re here to help them. These are primary roles of a healthcare institution," said HCCB pioneer Erik Hernandez.
