While going around the bazaar in Greenhills Shopping Center, we discovered the latest trend in scents from “Scents for Senses”, owned by Cecille Tan. She named the business as such because according to Cecille, each different kind of scent can stimulate or affect our body senses. She also designed her own bottle with a tree logo simply because oil comes from the leaves or the bark of the tree.
Also, according to her, “Every household should have at least one oil burner because it helps the the spiritual and physical wellness of a person. It may be used as aroma—for therapeutic reasons or for relaxation. Aside from that, you can also use the burner as part of your home decor. At Scents for Senses, our burners are made from China, Taiwan, and U.S and our oil scent is from U.S.A. Our designs vary from old fashioned to elegant and contemporary.”
Here are some tips in using the oil burner:
- Never leave it unattended.
- Never leave the plate dish empty while burning
- Keep out of reach from children.
- With ‘Scents for Senses’ oil, mix it with little water to avoid too strong fragrance.
- Never wash the plate dish when it's hot or warm.
Having scent oils is an irresistible treat but you can also give yourself the benefit of their subtle powers at home. Keep them in your bathroom or bedroom.
