Taking advantage of the growing number of Filipinos traveling to Hong Kong estimated to reach 300,000 this year, the Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) held in Manila over the weekend a special launching of its WinterFest.
No less than Ms. Clara Chong, HKTB executive director flew to Manila to hold a press conference at the The Peninsula Manila on the festival to run from Nov. 26 to Jan. 2.
