FEBRUARY has been observed as Heart Month through the efforts of the Department of Health (DoH), the Philippine Heart Center (PHC), the Philippine Heart Association, and the Cardiac Rehab Society. These institutions have been promoting programs and projects aimed at making the Filipino people aware of the many ways of keeping their heart fit and healthy.
