Sta. Lucia president Exequiel Robles said that the clubhouse would complete the 62.5-hectare vast Splendido property. It will feature a golfer’s lounge, pro shop, men’s and women’s locker rooms, sauna and massage rooms, fine dining restaurant, coffee shop, karaoke bar, and bag drop area.

"We’re honored that JAKA entrusted us with the project. and it is our commitment to make Splendido as the premier golfing hub of Tagaytay," said Robles, whose company’s solid track record of developing like properties and ventures earned them the title "Developer of the Year 2003" by the Chamber of Real Estate Builders Association (CREBA).

Aside from the golf clubhouse, he bared, Sta. Lucia’s development in Splendido will include the residential estates and country club.

The estates will make full use of Tagaytay’s highlands and sloping terrain to capture breathtaking views and cool winds while the planned country club offers residents and their guests sports amenities such as for tennis, basketball, badminton, and squash, swimming pool, indoor sports like billiards and bowling, gym for both men and women, game card rooms, sauna and spa.

"Splendido is not just for golf. It’s the perfect place to live as well," added Robles.
