Korean actor Kwon Sang-Woo, who plays Cholo in Philippine TV’s highest rating primetime Koreanovela "Stairway to Heaven," is clearly the most-fantasized heartthrob in the country today. In less than a month since it premiered on GMA-7’s primetime block, "Stairway to Heaven" has reached phenomenal viewership ratings that continue to soar as the story gets more enthralling night after night.


If there’s something about Joey Reyes, it is that he makes it a point that his movies often contain snippets of messages that have relevance to our present day society. Take for example his latest movie under Star Cinema entitled "Can This Be Love?" It is still a simple "pa-kilig" movie that stars one of the most popular love teams in our country – Hero Angeles and Sandara Park, but the whole film, he describes tackles though not in so explicit terms Filipino-Korean relationship and our country’s brain drain problem as a lot of our young people still want to leave the Philippines for that proverbial greener pasture.

The other four members of The Hunks – Diether Ocampo, Bernard Palanca, Carlos Agassi and Jericho Rosales – left Wednesday night with ABS-CBN Star Magic executives Johnny Manahan and Mariole Alberto, who will accompany them to the US tour.
