THE Association of Deans of Philippine Colleges of Nursing (ADPCN) holds its 46th Annual Convention on October 17-18, 2005 at the historic landmark Manila Hotel to exert efforts to address the challenges in the delivery of quality health services here and abroad and help improve the conditions of patients, regardless of gender, race, or financial status.
The nursing educators seek to enhance their abilities and skills, and to demonstrate technical competence in curriculum, faculty resource, and fiscal management, integrating ethical and legal principles.
With nursing schools fast rising with the enrollment of hundreds of students, their deans and faculty members are holding a meeting of minds to face the challenge of developing well-trained and caring nurses to take care of the sick and help them overcome the problems of life in a fast changing world.
In the spirit of the conference theme "The Nurse Educator of the Future," the Association of Deans of Philippine Colleges of Nursing deserves all kinds of support it can draw to make the nursing profession a strong pillar for a nation’s development and help meet the world’s need for strong, healthy citizens working for their country’s prosperity and stability.
We congratulate the Association of Deans of Philippine Colleges of Nursing headed by its President, Dean Carmelita C. Divinagracia, its Officers and Members, and wish their 46th Annual Convention success.
