Local horror film "Sigaw" (The Echo) won best musical score award in the concluded Screamfest International Horror Film Festival held at the Universal Studios in Los Angeles last Monday, Oct. 24 (Manila time). Musical scorer Jesse Lucas brought home the pride for the Regal–produced movie that featured Richard Gutierrez and Angel Locsin in the lead roles.
