CAMP NAKAR, Lucena City — The body of a top New People’s Army (NPA) rebel, who was believed in a group that fled during an encounter between the insurgents and government forces last week, was found in a garbage dump in an advanced state of decomposition last Wednesday afternoon at the boundary of barangays Lusacan and Anastacia, Tiaong, Quezon, the Southern Luzon Command (SOLCOM) headquarters reported yesterday.
