A lady of strong character, charisma, broad educational background and experience, Dr. Erlinda Cuizon is a remarkable steward of a young but growing institution; the Greenville College. With Dr. Cuizon’s avid love for learning and of learners, she is here to "maintain academic excellence toward the moral, spiritual, and social development of each individual, for the pursuance of a good life." Upon these ideals, the Greenville College was founded in 1987.
In a world where the ideology of ruthlessness and selfishness evidently prevails, those who hold power to mold the country’s citizens should look up to Dr. Cuizon for guidance and inspiration. She is indeed, a highly qualified and seasoned leader. She is known in educational circles here and abroad, where she has contributed to the improvement of knowledge and practices in the fields of general education, psychology, philosophy, English, school administration and supervision, guidance and counseling, linguistics, and science of education.
Among varied work experiences, Dr. Cuizon’s 20 years of service in Manuel L. Quezon University, as dean of Graduate Studies, had been fruitful. Here she manifested her rare skill in attracting and developing an enormous number of graduate students. In other positions, like teaching and department head, Dr. Cuizon had shown academic excellence, and received honors and awards here and abroad.
