Eastern and southern Luzon and Visayas will have monsoon rains becoming frequent rains which may trigger flashfloods and landslides over Quezon, Bicol region and eastern Visayas. Mindanao will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and isolated thunderstorms. The rest of Luzon will be mostly cloudy skies with rainshowers.
Moderate to strong northeasterly winds will prevail over Luzon with moderate to rough seas.
Manila Bay will be moderate to rough.
