Bolante cited for contempt

The Senate Agriculture and Blue Ribbon Committees cited in contempt yesterday former Department of Agriculture (DA) Undersecretary Jocelyn “Joc-Joc” Bolante and also ordered his arrest and detention upon his arrival from abroad following his late Sunday night departure through the tightly-guarded Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA).
