Chief Justice Hilario G. Davide Jr. (center), who retires at midnight of Dec. 19, 2005, presides over the December 13 en banc session, his last as Chief Magistrate, at the Conference Room of the Supreme Court in Manila. Together with the Chief Justice are (from left) Associate Justices Minita V. Chico-Nazario, Adolfo S. Azcuna, Conchita Carpio Morales, Ma. Alicia Austria-Martinez, Angelina Sandoval-Gutierrez, Reynato S. Puno, Artemio V. Panganiban, Consuelo Ynares-Santiago, Renato C. Corona, Romeo J. Callejo Sr., Dante O. Tinga, and Cancio C. Garcia.
The whole country will experience mostly cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and isolated thunderstorms becoming widespread rains over the eastern section which may trigger flashfloods and landslides over eastern Visayas. Moderate to strong northeasterly winds will prevail over northern and eastern Luzon with moderate to rough seas. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate blowing from the northeast and east with slight to moderate seas.
Manila Bay will be slight to moderate.
