On Thursday, "Dokyu" presents "Romeo Must Rock," a documentary on underground rock artist Romeo Lee and his band "Brown Briefs." The film was produced and directed by Romeo’s own brother, Roxlee. In the age of pretty boy bands and designer–label clothes, Lee is the epitome of the anti star, with his wild persona and ukay–ukay fashion. On Friday, "Real Stories" shifts the limelight on Chinoys in light of the coming Chinese New Year. From forecasts and fortune charms for the year of the dog, the rise of Binondo, to stories of successful Chinoys in the fields of business, arts, entertainment, education, medicine and politics, "Real Stories" builds a credible summation of the Chinese influence in our modern Philippine society.
