I first heard about this ukay ukay shop in Tagaytay (near the rotunda) from my art director. Her family frequently goes to Tagaytay. For about four consecutive Mondays, you’d see her sporting a new "find" from that store. I got so curious that when I went to Antonio’s for lunch with my family earlier this year, I convinced my family to make a stopover.

Don’t be fooled by the façade of the store; there’s a stairway leading down to two floors: sectioning each floor by "new arrivals," "50 percent off" and "3 for 100." There were so many racks of clothes to choose from. They even had bags and shoes, but none met my standards as I only buy brand-new shoes and bags that are in mint condition.

The store might not be up to par with the great finds we buy from Baguio’s ukay ukay, but you’ll surely find something worth purchasing (and get a shopper’s high) from this store by the rotunda.
