‘Ani ng Sining 2006’ opens at Luneta Park The National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) through the Tunugan Foundation, Inc., in cooperation with the National Parks Development Committee NPDC), will launch the “National Arts Month” with the theme “Ani ng Sining 2006”, a celebration of the country’s bountiful harvest in the arts on Feb. 4-5.
