Question: Hello Dr. J. In Microsoft Office Word, when you click & open File, a window opens and click the down arrow at the bottom, a bunch of file names of previous projects appear. How do I delete all these file names? I tried everything including re installing Word but those file names are still there. Thanks. - Peter.
Dr. J: The list you're referring to is called the Recent file list. To remove the list: 1. Press [CTRL] [ALT] - (minus sign - your cursor will turn into a bold minus sign); 2. Go to File; 3. Click on the file you want to remove from your recent file lists.

Question: I'm having problems while surfing the net. I'm using Mozilla Firefox 1.5. Whenever I click on a hyperlink, I have to make sure that the loading bar at the bottom right of the window appears for my page to be sure to load or else it just shows itself for less than a second and disappears as if I have clicked nothing. Scenario 2 is when I right click on a link for it to be opened in a new tab- it usually doesn't open, instead I get an Untitled tab. Scenario 3- when a page loads up, often it stops loading even if the page is not fully loaded up yet- missing pictures, incorrect fonts and placements- as if it just times out. - Ach13
Dr. J: Kindly visit http://www.mozilla.org/support/firefox/
