The menu consists of Sonya’s signature meal. Start with a fresh salad with edible flowers from her garden topped with Sonya’s delectable Super Secret Salad Dressing, then enjoy hors d’oeuvres of anchovies, basil pesto, sun-dried tomato pesto, and kesong puti in olive oil. Choose from two main courses of pasta dishes with your choice of red sun-dried tomato sauce, or white sauce with chicken, mango, and passion fruit juice, which she calls "passionate chicken." Should you and your guests crave more gustatory goodness, you can have a whole roast chicken with rosemary, or a juicy salmon steak.
As an added bonus, the new bed and breakfast cottages can be yours for the night. Sonya has built a beautiful cottage identical to her own for honeymooners; its most distinct features are flooring made of antique railroad ties and a bathroom overlooking a lush tropical ravine.
