Ford Focus 1.6L AT launched with ‘Rally Experience’ They took the corners at high speed, drifting the new Ford Focus 1.6-liter on the dirt road and causing a cloud of dust so thick, it covered the view from the tent. When the sedan slightly understeered, they quickly corrected it to keep the car on the racing lines. In tight corners, they pulled on the handbrake to induce a "fish tail" turn maneuver. In two turns around a 400-meter specially-designed rally track at The Fort, two drivers out to survey what car to buy, were clearly not just buyers. One is a multi-awarded rallye driver; the other a foreigner who is a "Ford die-hard fan."
