ST. BERNARD, Southern Leyte – "There are no more signs of life," Southern Leyte Gov. Rosette Y. Lerias said yesterday as search and rescue operations for survivors of the Feb. 17 killer landslide that buried the entire Barangay Guinsaugon here officially ended, eight days after the tragedy.
