Southville International School and Colleges SOUTHVILLE INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL AND COLLEGES (SISC) started with a simple single-storey building on Elizalde Street, BF Homes, Parañaque City with the basic facilities required by the then Department of Education, Culture and Sports (DECS). When it initially opened as Southville International School (SIS) in June 1990, there were only two sure students who were greeted by five faculty members in what was known as a "Special School for the Gifted". The two students became the first of hundreds of young men and women to be educated at Southville, the first batch of whom graduated in 1994.
