1.  Alain Duminy

Mr. Duminy specializes in mathematics, with concentration on physics and chemistry, was the focus of his secondary education before obtaining a Masters degree in computer systems and networks in Paris, France. Consultancy work dominated his career in Europe, Africa and Asia.  Most notable was his role as network administrator for the French Department of Defense which opened doors for his involvement as Project Manager in an ICT development project under the French Government in the Philippines. Following six years of consultancy work in the region, he joined the Asian Development Bank as Information Systems and Technology Specialist handling data networks and security systems.  Currently, he is involved in the strategic group behind the Asian Development Bank’s IT infrastructure and security investments. In addition, he continues to be a resource for ADB’s projects and operations divisions in assessing ADB-funded ICT development projects in Asia Pacific.

Mr. Duminy has 15 years of professional experience in IT and is currently holding certifications from CISCO and ITIL. In the security field, he is a CISSP, and has obtained the following security certifications from SANS: Security Essentials Gold (GSEC), Certified Firewall Analyst (GCFW), and Wireless Auditor (GCWA-C). He is a member of the SANS Advisory Board and of the SANS Ethics Council.

Mr. Duminy is happily married with two children. Aside from information security as an expertise and field of interest, he maintains a black belt second dan in Kendo, the Japanese martial art of the sword. He is a member of Toastmasters International and is a Mustang enthusiast.

2.  Dennis Omila

Mr. Dennis D. Omila, is a graduate of De La Salle University with a degree in Bachelor of Science Major in Computer Science with specialization in Computer Technology. He worked for three years in Isla Communications, Inc. as Supervisor of the Network and Systems Administration Department and adviser to the then formed GSM Fraud Management team. Mr. Omila and his team were responsible for laying the nationwide backbone (LAN / WAN ) infrastructure of Islacom. As head of the Systems Administration team, he has likewise managed various operating systems including: SINIX, Solaris, HP-UX, Irix, and Windows.

Mr. Omila then moved to NetX Technology Solutions, Inc. (where he is a part owner) as the Systems Engineering and Professional Services Manager. He later became the Vice President for Technical Operations and is now the President/COO. Mr. Omila was one of the first Certified Check Point Security Instructor (also a Certified Security Administrator and Security Engineer) in the country. He has trained and certified more than a hundred Filipino IT professionals. He has over 10 years of IT experience mostly in security and has been a consistent contributor to the government's IT Security initiatives. He has likewise received numerous citations as guest speaker in various local and international conferences. He is one of the few Certified Information Systems Security Professionals (CISSPs) in the country today and is an incorporator of PH-CISSP.

3.  Jojo Ayson

Jojo Ayson is a Senior Product Manager for the Business Marketing Organization of Microsoft Philippines where he heads up the Security Mobilization Initiative for Microsoft in the Philippines.  He is responsible for the promotion and education of security practices among IT Professionals and end-users. 

On his 6th year at Microsoft, Mr. Ayson is also Program Manager of the Microsoft Communities which include Microsoft TechNet and the Microsoft Developer Network. Previously, Mr. Ayson handled Microsoft Business Solutions as well as Microsoft's server product line ranging from Windows Server, Exchange Server, to SQL Server.

He has over 18 years of IT Experience which began as a Computer Professor at the Ateneo de Manila. He is business graduate of the Ateneo de Manila University and holds two graduate degrees: a Masters Degree in Computer Science from Ateneo de Manila and an MBA from the University of San Francisco.

4.  Francisco Fernando J. Claravall IV

Francisco Fernando J. Claravall IV, also known as "COCOY" is a senior technology professional with 12 years experience in the data/voice networking and Internet business. He is currently the head of Innove Communications' Application & Solutions Delivery Group, whose major responsibilities include:

· Heading the Technical Presales department, composed of senior managers and network consultants that focus on the Wholesale (Carriers, ISPs), Enterprise (Call Centers, Manufacturing, Banking, Utilities, Retail) and SME markets.

· Heading the Bid Management team that is responsible for responding to customer RFPs and building high value competitive proposals.· Heading the Customer Applications Development department, composed of a senior manager and a team of programmers that develop applications in the areas of  VoIP (SIP -based), Hotel Systems Integration (with Fidelio), IP-based Point-Of-Sale Systems, and  WiFi to Mobile Integration to name a few.

Cocoy also has regular speaking engagements in a variety of local and international events, discussing trends in the telecommunications industry. Most recently, he discussed "The Impact of VoIP in Philippine Communications" in the VoIP Congress in Singapore and "BAX: Redefining the Philippines' Broadband Infrastructure" in an Optical Event also in Singapore.

Before joining Innove, Cocoy was a senior network consultant for Cisco Systems Philippines from 1998 to 2003. Other previous work experience includes Motorola and Accenture. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering (cum laude) from Saint Louis University in Baguio, was a Cisco Certified Design Professional, and is currently finishing his MBA with the Ateneo Regis Program in Rockwell, Makati.
