Kulinarya Kitchen is a casual dining restaurant with an open kitchen and a refreshingly modern interior, serving excellent food at reasonable prices. Kulinarya, located at the Concourse Level, Power Plant Mall, Rockwell Center, Makati City, is owned and operated by Kulinarya Global, a family owned corporation.
The cuisine is based on the harmonious combination of ingredients and cooking techniques of Asia and Europe. The menu is inspired and influenced by New World flavors and transformed into our own original dishes. Popular dishes are the Kulinarya Spring Rolls, Squash Soup, Crab and Mango Salad, Harvest Salad, Rustic Flat Bread Pizzas, Gamberi Pasta, Chilean Sea Bass, Ribeye Steak, and signature desserts: Banana Langka Royale and Warm Chocolate Cake. All dishes are intensely flavored and accessible. Each plate has clarity that gives the customer the satisfaction of readily identifiable flavors.
The kitchen is manned by young chefs Patricia Mesina, named as "New Chef to Watch" by Gene Gonzalez (The Best of 1999, Manila Bulletin,) and Francis Saldaña, considered as one of Manila’s 5 Young Culinary Innovators in the Philippines. Both graduated with honors from the Center for Asian Culinary Studies under Chef Gene Gonzalez (Culinary) and Chef Jill Sandique (Baking).
