RP, Russia ink tourism accord
TOURISM Secretary Ace Durano and Minister Vladimir Stazhalkovsky of the Russia Federation’s Federal Agency for Tourism will sign an agreement on bilateral tourism cooperation on March 14 at the Philippine Embassy in Moscow to further boost travel between the Philippines and Russia.
