Wave Broadband, the new cable TV and broadband company serving the City of Cerritos, has announced that it will start airing GMA Pinoy TV on Channel 505, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, starting March 9.
Wave has also launched over 200 digital channels, five levels of high-speed internet access, HDTV, DVR’s and more.
Cerritos is considered a major Filipino hub in Los Angeles County, with a Filipino population of over 6,000. Many of the major Filipino companies operating in the US, have a branch in the city, among them, Jollibee, Chow King, Goldilocks, Red Ribbon Bake Shop, LBC and PNB Remittance.
GMA Pinoy TV’s coverage in Cerritos is great news for the Filipino community as it is the leading TV network in the Philippines. It has been telecasting in the United States since July last year and has been steadily expanding its coverage across the country.
