Mary Chiles College upholds to continuously strengthen its curricular and co-curricular offerings in order to promote the holistic development of its students.
The senior’s assemble, the official congregation of the graduating batch, was started in 2005. It was designed to motivate, organize, direct, enable and lead the studentry of Mary Chiles College. Its project serves as a mechanism to promote harmony in academic and co-curricular activities amidst level in diversity.
This school year (2005-2006), the National Services Training Program Civic Welfare Service (NSTP-CWS) was initially offered by Mary Chiles College with Eden Rendorio as training coordinator.
It is also in this school year that the first official student publication dubbed the Chilean White Lighter was first published. In accordance with Republic Act 7079, otherwise known as the Campus Journalism Act of 1991, the White Lighter upholds the development and promotion of campus journalism as a means of strengthening ethical values, encouraging critical and creative thinking and developing moral character and personal discipline of the student journalists in the college.
This school year also marks the revival of the Mary Chiles College Red Cross Youth Council (MCCRCYC). It shall continue to uphold the RCY mission of educating and empowering the youth in the spirit of Red Cross through relevant and effective leadership and provide opportunities for directing and harnessing their energy and idealism through worthwhile humanitarian activities.
Mary Chiles celebrated its 94th foundation in October 2005 and is looking forward to its centennial celebration in October 2011.
