The High School English Department presented a musical play titled "An English Affair: A Literary Expositon at the school gym in January. In the said activity, excerpts from classical literary pieces like "Romeo and Juliet" by William Shakespeare, "The Chieftain’s Daughters" by Palanca award-winning playwright Felix Clemente, and "Les Miserables" by Victor Hugo were revived by young thespians who showcased their talents not only in acting but also in singing and dancing.
Behind the production were English subject area chair Leilani Escalada, overall director Hilarion De Vera, and English teachers namely Julimar Turingan, Emma Monton, Salvacion Mallari, Cynthia Venezuela, Joeyette Pastro and Sharon Kaye Totanes. Students Vianney Salvatierra and Charlon Magallanes were the masters of the ceremony.
