Weddings & Debuts Bridal Fair at the SM Megatrade Hall February 17-19, 2006
About 10 years ago, the owners of The Wedding Library had their first taste of bridal fair when they joined as a florist at one of the hotels in Metro Manila. Bridal fairs were then only a handful and were concentrated to target the upmarket brides.
The husband and wife team of Larry and Winnie Natividad then envisioned to bring the concept of a bridal fair to the greater majority of Metro Manila couples. They agreed there’s only one ideal venue to hold it, the SM Megatrade Hall. After discussing with a Megatrade official, they realized how big a preparation the fair would entail.
Two years after, The Wedding Library- the bridal shop, with its concept of having "all the best under one roof" was established. The Wedding Library’s first branch was established in July 1998 in SM Megamall.
In 2005, after a decade of preparations, The Wedding Library was ready for its first major bridal fair, Weddings & Debuts 2005.
This year, on February 17, 18, and 19, one of the biggest compendiums ever of wedding suppliers will be held at the SM Megatrade Hall 2. The wedding industry’s pioneers, the most revered, and the upcoming players will personally meet brides and grooms and will help them prepare for their most important day.
The Wedding Library join hands with Blue Horizons Travel and Tours, and South East Asian Airlines to give on-the-spot booking couples a chance to win a luxury cruise for two (2) to the Calamian Islands. Every P 2000 worth of payments to any participating exhibitors at the fair (except The Wedding Library booth) will entitle the couple (and debutante and other celebrators) to one raffle coupon. The more exhibitors booked, the more chances of winning.
