Chester Soong is the Managing Director of Security Consulting Services Ltd in Hong Kong. The company focuses on providing leading edge internet and information security consulting services. He also serves as member of (ISC)2's Asian Advisory Board and CBK Committee.  He holds several public positions in organizations from the industry and government areas, including: President of Information Systems Security Association (ISSA) Hong Kong Chapter, member of IT Training Development Committee of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Council member of Hong Kong Information Technology Federation, members of the Information Security Task Force of the Office of the Government Chief Information Officer of the HKSAR Government, and also Committee Member and Lecturer of Professional Diploma Program in "Internet and Information Security" at City University of Hong Kong.

2.  Alain Duminy
Mr. Duminy specializes in mathematics, with concentration on physics and chemistry, was the focus of his secondary education before obtaining a Masters degree in computer systems and networks in Paris, France. Consultancy work dominated his career in Europe, Africa and Asia.  Most notable was his role as network administrator for the French Department of Defense which opened doors for his involvement as Project Manager in an ICT development project under the French Government in the Philippines. Following six years of consultancy work in the region, he joined the Asian Development Bank as Information Systems and Technology Specialist handling data networks and security systems.

3.  Richard George A. Stohner III, CSP

Richard is a Senior Project Manager of the Development Bank of the Philippines Data Center, Inc. (DCI). As one of DCI’s Project Managers, he manages the delivery of the technology components of any given project, either as the initiative prime, or technology work package lead. He also provides management and technical support for project development and implementation including contract and procurement activities and other requirements.

Before working for DCI, Richard served as an Assistant Vice President in a software development/systems integration company in Ortigas and prior to that worked as an Information Technology Officer for one of the biggest government financial institutions (GFI). He also held various positions with the San Miguel Corporation - from a Systems Implementor, Systems Analyst, and Team Leader to Information Systems Auditor.

In addition to being an IT professional for over 10 years, Richard also served as an Intelligence Officer with the Canadian Armed Forces (Army). He is also a regular Guest/Resource Speaker in the lecture circuit in the IT industry and academe. His wide array of technical and professional skills includes Operating Systems, Programming Languages, Applications Systems and Networking Solutions, Technical Writing, Project Management and Information Systems Security.

4.  Dennis Omila
Mr. Dennis D. Omila, is a graduate of De La Salle University with a degree in Bachelor of Science Major in Computer Science with specialization in Computer Technology. He worked for three years in Isla Communications, Inc. as Supervisor of the Network and Systems Administration Department and adviser to the then formed GSM Fraud Management team. Mr. Omila and his team were responsible for laying the nationwide backbone ( LAN / WAN ) infrastructure of Islacom. As head of the Systems Administration team, he has likewise managed various operating systems including: SINIX, Solaris, HP-UX, Irix, and Windows.  Mr. Omila then moved to NetX Technology Solutions, Inc. (where he is a part owner) as the Systems Engineering and Professional Services Manager. He later became the Vice President for Technical Operations and is now the President/COO.

5.  Jojo Ayson
Jojo Ayson is a Senior Product Manager for the Business Marketing Organization of Microsoft Philippines where he heads up the Security Mobilization Initiative for Microsoft in the Philippines.  He is responsible for the promotion and education of security practices among IT Professionals and end-users.  He has over 18 years of IT Experience which began as a Computer Professor at the Ateneo de Manila. He is business graduate of the Ateneo de Manila University and holds two graduate degrees: a Masters Degree in Computer Science from Ateneo de Manila and an MBA from the University of San Francisco.

6.  Francisco Fernando J. Claravall IV
Francisco Fernando J. Claravall IV, also known as "COCOY" is a senior technology professional with 12 years experience in the data/voice networking and Internet business. He is currently the head of Innove Communications' Application & Solutions Delivery Group.  Before joining Innove, Cocoy was a senior network consultant for Cisco Systems Philippines from 1998 to 2003. Other previous work experience includes Motorola and Accenture. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering (cum laude) from Saint Louis University in Baguio, was a Cisco Certified Design Professional, and is currently finishing his MBA with the Ateneo Regis Program in Rockwell, Makati.

7.  Allan Jay L. Garcia
Allan Jay Garcia is currently the Data Security Head of ePLDT Systems Intergration Group.  Previously from Internet Security Systems handling AsiaPac Education and business alliance for the Philippines and Sophos Asia as an in-country representative, Allan has been in the IT industry for 15 years handling technical and sales positions, 9 years of which in a management position handling technical services, project management, business alliance management.  He has MCP and ISS-CA certifications.

8.  Jerry Liao

Jerry Liao has dedicated his time and effort to providing I.T. quality education to the widest sector possible.  He started his career as an I.T. sales representative at 16 years old  He also worked as an encoder, programmer, systems analyst, a college faculty and a media practitioner.  Jerry has interviewed a number of I.T. luminaries, among them Bill Gates, CEO of Microsoft Corporation; Scott  McNealy, CEO of Sun Microsystems, Inc., and Craig Barrett of Intel.  His 10 years experience as a media practitioner has given him the opportunity to see the strengths and weaknesses of most of the available security solutions and its applications.
