BARANGAY ASSEMBLY IN TONDO, MANILA.
Chairman Jesus Fajardo exhorts residents of Barangay 19, Zone 2, Zaragosa, Kagitingan Ext., Tondo, Manila to get actively involved in the people’s initiative as the best mode to amend the Constitution during the barangay assembly yesterday.
