1.  FavIcon from Pics

An online tool that will help you create icons for your web pages.  Simply select a picture, logo or other graphic (of any size/resolution) for the "Source Image" and click "Generate FavIcon.ico".  This is the icon I talked about before, that appears besides your URL.

2.  Buddy Icon from Pics

This tool will help add your own icon to instant messengers, bulleting boards and other places that accept custom icons.  It makes it easier to create your own custom icon from pictures, logos and other graphics. Simply select an image and click "Create Icon".

3.  Image Embellisher

Image Embellisher makes it easier to create special effects with a few clicks. Simply pick the Image Effect you'd like to try, select your image and click Submit to generate a new image.  Effect available are: Cube, Disc, Wave, GlassCube, Sphere, Marble Shadow, Cylinder and Transparent Globe.

4.  Online Image Splitter

Image splitting is a technique most often used to slice a larger image into smaller parts to make it load faster. Online Image Splitter makes it easier to slice images and download the HTML tags for pasting the slices back together. It also provides options for optimizing the sliced images and quickly creating navigational bars with mouse-over effects.
