Incline Dumbbell Fly: Exercise for the Upper Chest

GYM INTERVENTION: Paolo Villaruel

Lie on an incline bench holding a dumbbell on each hand with palms facing inwards. Start with the dumbbells over your chest while keeping your back flat and abdominals tight. Inhale and slowly lower the weights until your arms are parallel to the floor. Exhale and bring it to starting position. Do two to three sets of 10 repetitions.

Note:
Always keep your elbows slightly bent through out the exercise in order to prevent unnecessary injuries. Use the right weight for you.
