Former Iloilo solon Garin named PCA administrator
Malacañang has appointed former Iloilo Rep. Oscar Garin as administrator of the Philippine Coconut Authority (PCA), replacing Jesus Emmanuel Paras who assumes an undersecretary position at the Department of Agriculture (DA).
