TCCI is focused on not merely academic excellence but also on developing the of leadership skills of the students towards the betterment of the nation. Thus, the school's Youth Community Service Club (YCSC) prepares the youth in strengthening their passion for community service.
The YCSC is the implementing arm of the Students Assistance Committee for Community Development (SAC-CD).
Under CHED supervision, this campus-based organization is under the direction of school authorities.

Community service | | An opportunity to participate in local, regional, inter-regional and national activities conducted by SAC-CD is one of the benefits of each YCSC member. Active members of the school were at the forefront of the annual National Evaluation Seminar last November 2 to 6 held at the Teacher’s Camp in Baguio City and gave honor to the school and the entire province of Tarlac and the nation. This as the YCSC-Tarlac Provincial Council ranked third as the best council in this year’s National Evaluation Seminar.
The NSTP-CWTS is affiliated with the organization since both have the same views on how to enhance training in skills services. This year’s project is in pursuit of the Echo Seminar & Workshop on the Role of the Filipino Youths In Nation Building dubbed, "Ako ay Pilipino."
This year also marked the birth of the Inkblot.
The official school organ of the institution. This organization aims to discover and develop competent young writers for responsible journalism. It encourages students to exercise their boldness and enthusiasm to use the power of the pen for freedom of expression. To attain its goal, members of the guild participate in seminar-workshops to enhance their skills to produce a quality school paper.
The Tarlac City Colleges Inc. is looking forward to providing more services and training to its hundreds of students geared towards the betterment of the nation.
