his story was intended to be released a day before Easter Sunday, but in observance of the Holy Week most of Manila Bulletin’s lifestyle-d sections didn’t come up with any issues. Despite the delay, here is an amazing tale of a liver transplant patient surviving death’s scythe and is now organizing an advocacy campaign geared towards helping fellow Filipinos choose another option, if not a better one.

The Wellness Industry has been dubbed the Trillion Dollar industry of the future, with spas claiming a huge chunk of it. International hotel chains consider spas as necessary to increasing their financial revenues. It has become a national phenomenon, with spas mushrooming all over the country. Beauty parlors, gyms, health clubs have all joined the bandwagon. It is not enough, however, to offer massage and be called a spa: so many more factors come into play before one can be rightly called a "spa". Statistics have also shown that many new spas fail in the first two years of operation due to lack of knowledge of what makes a successful spa. Wrong spa practice can be dangerous to clients as well.

After capturing two gold medals in bodybuilding sport in the recent 23rd SEAGAMES PHILIPPINES 2005, the Philippine Federation of Bodybuilders, Inc. (PFBB), headed by president Luciano "Sonny" Lim, has announced the staging of the NATIONAL BODYBUILDING & MS. BODY FITNESS CHAMPIONSHIPS 2006 to be held on April 29 at the Music Museum, Greenhills, San Juan.
The wisdom in removing wisdom teeth
Wisdom teeth, also known as third molars, are the last teeth to erupt. This occurs between the ages of 17 and 25. There remains a great deal of controversy regarding whether or not these teeth need to be removed. It is generally suggested that teeth that remain completely buried or un-erupted in a normal position are unlikely to cause harm. However, if these impacted teeth are in an abnormal position (a dentist can show you this on an x-ray); their potential for harm should be assessed.
