Do you favor the Palace plan to implement an expanded nationwide identification card system to include the private sector?
Under Executive Order 420, a unified multi-purpose ID card will replace all existing cards such as GSIS, SSS, Comelec, PhilHealth cards issued by the government. People will not be required to apply for the unified card. But the opposition says the plan is a veiled attempt to pry into the privacy of individual citizens that could lead to abuse.
