AFP halts military operations in Sulu
The Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) has suspended military operations in the province of Sulu from May 18-20 for the visit of an Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC) fact-finding team that will assess the implementation of the 1996 peace agreement between the government and the Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF).
