Smoking has adverse effects on male sexual health
Though male smokers may not directly admit it, smoking is often associated with having a "macho" image. It is not rare to see the leading man in a movie toting a gun on one hand and holding a cigarette on the other. Yet, such an image is different from the reality that smoking has on one’s manhood. It can result to low sperm count, decreased quality of semen and even impotence. Yes, smoking can affect one’s sex life.
How to minimize and fight off jet-lag
Is there a way to minimize if not totally avoid jet-lag? I don’t travel very often, only once every two years and mostly to the US.
