Syato: No longer just a game Syato is a favorite pastime of Filipino kids way back before the onset of text messaging, Play Station and MP3s. It can be played one on one or as teams and the objective is to hit a stick as far as one can. That said, when the band Syato was formed, the members had no idea how far they’d go. But so far, the group has struck the appropriate chords, sang melodies and songs right that they are now climbing high in the music ladder—and that’s unexpected.
